3.5 hectares, including one hectare of vines, an olive grove planted by us and especially those of Alain, navvy, olive grower, wine grower, one hectare untouched by any cultivation where we plan to plant truffle oaks, fruit trees, lavender, olive trees and to build a small chapel. This year we are planting melliferous flowers.

The house is surrounded by terraces, the one to the east allows you to have breakfast in the mild morning sun, the one facing south, facing the fig tree, offers full sun exposure and to the west the wooden terrace of 100 m2, you delighted with its flamboyantly colored sunsets and endless aperitifs….

Below, a basin, where Madelisse washed her sheets, is a living place, whose ecosystem plunges us into the reverie of childhood: tadpoles, dragonflies, insects, aquatic plants…. Not far away are a trampoline and a swing.

Going down 300 meters to the south, you will find a small stream called the Rieu, along which it is good to walk and soak your feet... happiness for children and adults!

You follow the stream for 800 meters, you climb a small hill and you find yourself in an undergrowth of pines and oaks, called “La Guinguette”!

A swimming pool, 4 by 12 meters, is located 25 meters from the house.

Surrounded by a wooden terrace of more than 100 m2, a swimming pool shelter of 50 m2, equipped with a shower, separate toilets, a kitchenette and its outdoor furniture: chairs, tables, bath sun, parasol... swimming, idleness, naps, sunbathing, as you wish!

Nearby, a bowling alley, a table tennis will delight young and old.

A car park located 30 meters from the main entrance can accommodate around ten vehicles.
